SOLD: 50% ABGA percentage doe from wether maker line. Virginia is For Boer Goat Lovers sale held in Woodstock, VA at the fairgrounds last Saturday in April the 26th. Join us. (Sold)
Although I would not have a problem keeping any of the does I have put up for sale this year. This one was a tough decision. We wanted to offer our best at the consignment sale, but sometimes it is hard to let go of your best. Well, here is one of them. This doeling is out of Indie x Goldman and will be 50% ABGA registered. Don't let that fool you this is a wonderful wether maker line that has been dependable over the years and shown well for us. Easy keeping line that has been requiring less attention and worming. Always putting kids on the ground that have steady daily gain with no kidding issues. If you were to complain about this line at all it would be they are prone to throw a scur teat into the mix every know and then, but this doe kid is clean, well spaced 2x2. Dam is also well spaced 2x2 with no udder problems. Her dam Indie has kidded 7 times for us always a set of twins and a boy and a girl. We have 4 sisters in our herd and we are keeping a granddaughter from Indie this year. This is a rare chance to buy one of these does, we rarely sell them. Carries 6 ennoblements on the top of her pedigree and although her mom is not registered, she placed first in her mid-weight class at the Rockingham county fair her first year we owned her. Her first daughter was shown as a percentage doe at Rockingham county fair in the 3 to 6 month old class and placed first in her class out of around a dozen doe kids. Click here to view more
